We encourage our staff and partners to invest in stocks as we believe that stocks should be a part of any investment portfolio, particularly when investments are made to match personal long term goals. We encourage everyone to be involved in lifelong management of financial assets, including stocks and share his/her experience with others.

We do our best to operate with integrity and transparency, to serve our clients and employees fairly. Because of that we set up the following rules within company.

  • At the end of each article the author discloses whether he/she has a position in the stock mentioned or has a beneficial interest in it.
  • Eudividend employees must notify company management each time they buy or sell a stock and they must hold any stock they bought for at least one week.
  • We have business relationship with data providers, accountants, banks and other companies. Some of them may be mentioned in our articles. Our standard is that stock evaluations conducted by staff are not influenced by business relationships.
